New Member Registration

Instructions for New Member Registration:

  1. If you are paying using PayPal, complete the form below with your personal and company information. You can add additional companies that you are affiliated with.
  2. If you are going to pay by check, download the membership application form and return the completed form with your payment to P.O. Box 538, Foxboro, MA 02035.
  3. For each company affiliation, select either a registered company or -New Company- and complete the affiliation information. Only add email, phone and fax if different from personal information. For a new company, complete the details for the company.
  4. Dues are $50 per year which gives you one company listing. There is a $10 charge for each additional company listing.
  5. ESANE staff will review your registration.
  6. You will be notified of your membership and assigned a user name, password and your information will be added to the on-line directory.
